from what I heard the panhandle party is just the local panhandle dj's like 
Lance Desardi, JT Donaldson, and Wally Callerio (and didn't wally callerio 
only do 1 track for panhandle??)  That is really nothing special at all as I 
have seen these dj's all the time.. I'm trying to see what's up with Tony 
Senghore, MILES MAEDA!!, Jonene, etc..  what's the deal??
