[Dynagroove] things to do in chicago?

In addition to Cade's excellent suggestions for spots
in Chicago, you might also want to check out Halo's
residency at Smart Bar on Clark St. I think it's on a
Thursday once a month. Transit was also a great spot
on Friday's where I saw Pepe Bradock, Dayhota, and
Neil Aline all in one night! 
A stop at Gramaphone Records on Clark St. near
Diversey is never a bad idea as well.
