[Dynagroove] Looking to Fill a House With Some Heads

my two roommates have to move out pretty soon, and I really don’t want to 
lose the place we are living in right now.  it's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 
house, centrally located in Hollywood (Fairfax/La Brea & Sunset/Santa Monica 
area).  it’s a big place, 2 stories, has a small yard in the front and a big 
patio in the back with a BBQ.  our neighbors are super-cool (they have not 
complained once when we had a party) and the landlord is pretty mellow.  we 
have a driveway with two spots, and parking on the street is really easy (no 
permit BS).  we are also on rent control, which is a major plus.

so I am looking for two people to take their place, if possible.  one of the 
available rooms is the biggest one in the house, and the other is a smaller 
one that is downstairs and has its own bathroom.
