Finally got the DJ "situation" worked out... it was a serious situation, too... so many friends... and just enough time.  Worked out the venue "situation", too... they're going to let us go from 9pm through 7am.  No earlier than that, FOR SURE... maybe later... you always have to play that whole aspect by ear...

At the second Fresh Start (1998 into 1999), we went until about 10am... that was ridiculous... the only people that lasted that long were people I didn't even want to look at anymore... so... I mean that in the nicest possible way, but believe me, after a night of heavy drinking, the only thing I'm going to want to see at 10am is going to be my bed... 7am seems to be the nice "a little extra" for a New Year's party but doesn't go into the realms of Crackcity, USA... you know?

Anyway... blah blah... yadda yadda yadda...
