Welcome to the Core Event Group's newsletter for the week of Dec. 20th.
CORE would like to thank all of there superb artists that came out and
rocked it for one of CORE's best nights yet last week.  Charles Feelgood,
Pauli P., Jeremy Dawson, and AJ.  We felt that from beginning to end the
music rocked all night long.

First of CORE would like to make an announcement concerning our location to
help clarify some questions that have arisen in the past week, CORE will be
in the back & upstairs room at CIRCUS - As much as we love Arena ... and the
buffet - the running costs involved at the moment in such a large venue in
winter and under the present economic climate will prove to be prohibitive
and unworkable for the next couple of weeks. CORE will be moving back to
ARENA in the New Year. Keeping the vibe that has established itself so well
in the first several weeks is of utmost importance to us.  We felt that this
move would help ensure the feel that we have worked so hard in providing to
all of our friends.  We can't wait to see all your smiling faces this week.
We are committed to continue making CORE the place to be in LA on a Thursday
for quality music for the discerning smart clubber. See you there!!!!

OK, on to the good part--the MUSIC!!! Returning to the main decks this
Thursday, Dec. 20th we have the man that stole the show our grand opening--

MICHAEL ANTHONY (CORE, Bedrock, 1015 Folsom) SF.  The list of parties and
DJs this man has played with reads like a who's who book.  Whether opening
for the biggest guys in the industry or headlining Michael always gets the
crowd pumping and feet moving.  We welcome him back to the City of Angels
for his second CORE performance.

Justin Gourley vs. John Do (Basic, Moebius) No they aren't bitter enemies
pitted in a bloody death-match but two of the finest examples of progressive
djs that are changing "LA's sound".  Come listen to why these guys have fast
been gaining their reps in LA.
