Never, ever, ever, ever rent from these guys, either!

We had a terrible experience getting some basic stuff for a party.
Simple, really, just some speakers, amps, etc. We waited for=20
ages for them to get the order (which I had phoned in a week earlier)
together. These guys didn't know their head from their=20
ass, and we had to help them get the right cables together.=20

After this awful encounter, I made the stupid mistake of going back. I
figured, it was only for three little lavalier (clip on)=20
microphones, how badly could they screw that up? Again, I arrived and
waited for over an hour while they tried to locate the=20
items and fumbled around to get them assembled. The guy helping me
decided halfway through that he was going to lunch,=20
leaving me to locate someone else to assist me. I was so pissed off by
the time they hand me the bag with the stuff I just=20
stormed off, and failed to look at what they handed me (again, a huge
mistake on my part). When I arrived at the event I=20
realized I'd been given Gemini levaliers, and not the Shure's I had
reserved. Of course, the Gemini's were absolute crap=20
(surprise, surprise) and totally unusable. The event was a wedding, and
the guests had to strain their ears to hear the vows=20
being exchanged.=20

Of course, I had Astro's refund the rental charge. Had they not, a call
to the Better Business Bureau would have been in order.
