Nah... normal people don't arrive that late.  Just freaks like me that jump from party to party with the giddiness of a little school girl.  3 am is probably late enough for the sane members of society.

  Alright, so I admittedly attempted arrival at a very late hour, but Propoganda was no where to be found on Heliotrope.  Does anyone know the story?  Did it get broken up or move?
