[Dynagroove] opinion please

Ok all.  I really really really really want to do a free get together for
the dynagroove list.  Unfortunatly most saturday nights are filled up for
the next couple months.  Fridays are obviously the Free Thinking
jamborees..  SO  The next option is to do a day gathering,.   I was
thinking about doing a sunday gathereing runiing from 2:00 till
7:00.  This would be a free gathering for list memebers and their
friends.  It would be a more social gathereing for for us to get to know
eachother by face rather then simpletext...  So what do you all
think?  With this be a good idea?  Also I was thinking if people RSVP we
could have name badges prepared...  I know that is kinda cheesy but it
would be a way to identify eachother..

SO what do you crazy kids think?
