Hey Everyone,
If you haven't already heard, our next special guest
to the Soul-Titanium weekly club is the one and only
Mr. Annand!  He's gonna be cruising on down next
Wednesday, November 28, so you better all be there! 
And since Mr. Annand is one on the people that puts on
the popular Tropical parties, I thought it'd be fun to
make this a tropical-themed party.  

That means you gotta dress up wacky and wild TROPICAL
STYLE!  I'm going to raid the decoration closet to
tropicalize (my new word) the bar :)

Mr. Annand is also an avid supporter of the Surfrider
Foundation and he'd like to raise enough money to
donate towards that cause.  If the bar sales are
sufficient, we'll be able to donate to the Surfrider
Foundation and make this an excellent night.  Here's
some info on Mr. Annand:
 
Mr. Annand's debut appearance in the Los Angeles
underground scene was for Planet 9 Productions.  By
the end of that year, Mr. Annand had already been
awarded a residency with Planet 9 in Los Angeles and
had landed his first out-of-town jobs in Hartford and
Providence.  In 1998 Mr. Annand became a regular at
parties in Los Angeles adding a residency with
Tropical and making his debut with Moontribe, the crew
responsible for the famed monthly Full Moon Gatherings
in the Mojave Desert.

In 1999 Mr. Annand became the newest Moontribe
resident DJ and made his international debut in Quito,
Ecuador.  He began playing regularly in San Francisco
and Vancouver, Canada, and continued to DJ
consistently in the L.A. Area. In 2000 his success
continued to snowball as he made appearances in
Detroit, Minneapolis, Portland, Denver, Kansas City,
Phoenix, San Francisco, Vancouver, Victoria, and a
summer residency at Club Rimel in Mexico City.

Over the years, Mr. Annand's music has continually
evolved towards its present range from house and
tech-house to energetic tribal and techno. His sets
are not merely a group of tracks, but are carefully
constructed to take the dance floor on a journey
through time, space, and sound. Whatever the style
being played on a given night, one is always treated
to smooth and thoughtful programming as well as
meticulous mixing skill brought forth by a true
perfectionist.

And like always, this party is FREE!  Mr. Annand has
graciously offered to come down and spin for free at
Soul-Titanium so it would be nice if you could all
come to check him out.  It's not often that you'll get
to see Mr. Annand for free, so let's all show him our
support!


It is in the mission of the Soul-Titanium Collective
to help out the community and the owner of the venue
has agreed to take 20% of the bar and donate it to a
charity of the special guests' choice!  The only
requirement is that the bar makes a minimum of $1000
so that they can cover their costs.  If we make that
mark, that would mean at least $200 goes towards a
charity.  So say "Cheers!" and drink to a good cause!
