The reason you recieved "what?" as an answer to your question is because of the simple fact,
the promoters at Break Yo' Self have nothing to do with the manner in which the owners of the bar
dictate thier security. You probably had a problem because you came down to see Sunshine Jones,
and, as a result of Sunshine's presence, the owners of the bar tightened security to eliminate any problems.
The family at Break Yo' Self is not against promotions, as a matter of fact, flyers are a constant presence inside the club, did you go inside Jacob?...... So, I think your lack of knowlage about the club combined with your in-experience with it generated a big "?????", because people there know whats going on.We know to expect flyers on our cars when we leave.
I noticed you wrote to sacred grounds as well as dynagroove, and i must admit this e-mail was forwarded.
Yet i can honestly say i have never seen any of the top promoters from either of those familys even try to
pass a flyer at our club, which in no way is a negative statement, i just don't think anyone on the websight would know. Well maybe Spirit, thats besides the point. I guess what im sayin is............I have a feeling you came down to market on the whole dubsoundsystem thing and security shut you down, and now your irritated.The solution? Only a sugesstion, what if you got to know the promoters and, in turn for passing out some ot our flyers while you are out, we do the same for you. Its about familly and a deep love of music here, were not unresponsive to genuine people. Or, How about you show up when things are not as tight and get to know the family.There are always quality heads there, (oh yeah im forgetting to ask was your night a wed?) anyway class is over. By the way its dub month, for those of you who were sleepin.
I dont mean to sound hostile, I just get upset when someone tries to dis our set.
