in the interest of keeping the email flow on this
list to a minimum, please make sure that you are
coordinating email send outs with others for your
events. currently, we are getting sometimes 3 a day
for the same party from various people.

please keep your promotion to the list to two a week,
per the request when you sign up for the list.

promotion can be boosted the week of the event, but
try to keep it to a reasonable amount.

you can check our archives for recent posts to see
if someone else already sent the item or how many
times it was sent that week at:
