Thought I'd use this as a way to introduce myself since I've been
lurking on this list for a few weeks now. Please find below a copy of
the email I sent to everyone on my mailing list. 

I moved to Los Angeles about a year ago, and currently work in radio
promotions and publicity. I've also been playing records for several
years now, and after signing with :\Run Recordings last February, I just
released my first commercial mix CD called the 4AM Sound of Tech House. 

Since I'm quite anxious to meet more of you, I'd like extend the
invitation to check out my CD release party at the Echo next Tuesday
August 13. It's *free* !! BPM Magazine is sponsoring it, and drinks will
be pretty cheap, so come down and get faced! Plus, Scott Findley of
Nordic Trax, Fiji, et al (whose track is featured on the release) will
be playing as well. I'm really looking forward to this night.

Hi everyone,

First off, the College Music Journal reported this week on their RPM
charts that my 4AM Sound of Tech House release is currently at #8 on
their Top 40 chart (and this is the release's 3rd consecutive week on
the chart). Nice one!

As a little thank-you I've uploaded the complete (four volumes)
BleepbloopRadio mix series that was recorded from 1999-2001 in MP3
format. Have a look at www.aaronmichelson.com/download.asp. These mixes
were inspired by a radio show I did back on WRCT from 1997-2001. You can
also find the unreleased 5th volume featuring selections from Rithma's
backcatalogue (16 tracks).
