The Soul-Titanium Collective is coming at you non-stop!  If you
haven't already heard, we're going to have our first live PA at the
Soul-Titanium Weekly club, and it's none-other than Bassland.  This
group has a huge past-performance roster that dates back to 1995 and
a number of CD & vinyl record releases.  We'll be opening the
upstairs room for this special engagement so it is definitely a night
not to be missed.

In the summer of 1995 Stuart Breidenstein, former member of Skylab
2000, and Alex Xenophon, ex-frontman for Deep-Squared, teamed up with
a collective of DJs, artists, and musicians to become Bassland
Prophecy.

After just a few years Bassland was putting out limited releases of
their tracks.  They focused heavily on their live production sound
and coordinated local electronic music events to help build a strong
and loyal following in the Southern California rave scene.
 
In October of 2000, Bassland released their debut CD full-length
album on Emagine Entertainment.  Since then, they have expanded their
live performance group to include an eclectic team of musicians,
producers, songwriters, and singers.


And like always, this party is FREE!  Bassland graciously offered to
come down and play for free at Soul-Titanium so it would be nice if
you could all come out to party on down.  It's not often that you'll
get to see Bassland for free, so let's all show our support!

It is in the mission of the Soul-Titanium Collective to help out the
community and the owner of the venue has agreed to take 20% of the
bar and donate it to a charity of the special guests' choice!  The
only requirement is that the bar makes a minimum of $1000 so that
they can cover their costs.  They already provide decks, mixer,
sound, security and a venue for free so I think that's more than
fair.  If we make that mark, that would mean at least $200 goes
towards a charity.  So say "Cheers!" and drink to a good cause!
