Hello everyone,

This is Juan Hoerni, the main promoter of Cha Cha Cha Project. I am just
emailing everyone to thank them for coming out to the Cha Cha Cha Project
event on Saturday. In many ways it was a success.

There are a few things that I would like feedback on if you're not busy.

1) I as a promoter will not do any more events at LOFT 5. I have done 2
events there, and have been screwed over by the people there. Their security
is very rude for one, and I apologize for anyone who may have been annoyed or
insulted by them. I had booked the event to go all night, and they pulled
the plug at 4:45 AM. They consistantly annoyed me by trying to get me to
turn down the volume. Finally, when I arrived, they were very disorganized
in their set up. What do you think? Should any real deep house promoter
work with these guys?

2) I am sorry for anyone who did not get in free before 11:00pm. There were
a few people who were angry and complaining because they arrived at the
parking lot before 11:00pm, and arrived at the ticket booth after 11:00pm,
therefore not getting in for free. I do not understand these unjustified
complaints. The total cost of the event was $5,000.00, and I ended up losing
$1,000.00 on the night. I let in over 250 people for free, and I still got
people telling me I'm a greedy promoter. What I did by letting people in
before 11:00pm for free is virtually unheard of on Saturday night events
these days, so how can anyone justify their complaints. I am seriously
considering not doing this "Free before 11:00pm" because I see that it is not
appreciated. Any suggestions?

3) Who do you want to see perform at my next event?

Please reply with suggestions and thoughts, it will help the party and the
vibe. And please consider that if I did'nt care about the scene and the
vibe, I would not be writing this message.

Thank You,

Sincerely

Juan Hoerni
Cha Cha Cha Project
