[Dynagroove] In search of suggestions and information!

Greetings Dynagroovers and all! Just researching my options...

My best friend is turning 29 the weekend of February 10th...I'm looking for 
a place to have all of his friends together for drinks, house music, 
etc...like Bordners or something.  A spot where I can rent a private room, 
perhaps hire  someone to play the decks (or where someone is ALREADY playing 
the decks)...etc.? A lounge, Bar or club situation, type of thing (there'll 
be about 15-20 peeps).
