Also -- coming up in late June is the "Listen Up!" 
summer guide to music -- in addition to getting your ad 
into that, I've noticed that they've got this special 
deal for local bands to get their band / logo / 
pictures / info listed.  I see no reason why 
local/smaller promoters couldn't get their promotional 
groups listed here, too, if you're looking for a little 
exposure, as well.  If you have any interest in that (I 
don't handle the band stuff, but I can shoot you off in 
the right direction) or any interest in getting an ad in 
New Times or the "Listen Up!" summer guide, you can
