Speaking of John Tejada, I could've sworn I saw a
flyer somewhere that he was going to be playing
out here soon- I think later this month, or next
month.  Anyone know any info on this??

years ago

although I do agree detroit shit is under-represented out here.. but its
hard enough to get people to stray even a little from the 'la sound' - most
people out here just dont want to hear wierd melancholy chords and crazy
loud ride cymbals :)
