I agree, how can you get pissed at people for doing free parties?  Sure it 
makes it harder to pull off a party with a cover but maybe that's good, it's 
a challenge to provide something that's worth paying for, something that 
people choose to pay for even though they could go somewhere else for free.  
Anyway don't put blame on people who give others a free place to dance, 
that's a great service to the community...

But as for this thread, Cade, why put off to tomorrow what you can do 
today...

I find it amusing that the claim "Free Parties" are ruining the scene.
Call me self centered but when I do a free party it is so I can have some
fun and let others have some fun too.  I don't know if Free Thinking falls
into the "Free Party" catagory but I think it has been an accelent source
for people to hear new talent.  I hate to brag but I am proud that FT has
provided the first apearences by James Curd, Brett Johnson, DJ Spettro,
Luke Sardello, & Cle'.   I think it has been very benificial to the
scene and far from damaging it.

like is said ti don't think anything will come out of this thread but I
felt I needed to put a few more words into it.  I will probably kill it by
tomorrow.  So say what you need to in the next day or so..
