ok so wednesday was gonna be chill.  I was gonna drink
some spaten optimator, mess around on the decks & get
some rest for work the next day.  Then all of a sudden
yo motha fuckin' friend calls & says "Let's go to the
_CITY_... Supreme Beings of Leisure @ the H.O.B."

The supreme beings are the poo, they played somgs
influenced by rock, R&B, D&B, house, disco, tech,
basically it was musical-fusion.  Lovely!  Also, the
group before them, the Baldwin Brothers were an
enjoyable change of pace from the norm, definitely
recommend to those that are into rock &
electronica/techno collaborations.  Then the show
ends, & I'm like yo its wednesday & 7969 is like right
ova yonder...

Release has always been a spot that blends 'those who
know' & 'those who are new' just right.  Terrance had
everybody shakin there groove thing with a tribal &
diva styled set.  I thought it was cute that the
energy peaked w/the "Last night a dj saved my life"...
 heh heh.
