Naah - the way a lot of recent viruses work is to scan the infected
person's addressbook and to use addresses in the addressbook as the
'From' and 'To' addresses. The Klez virus is the one I've been seeing
most of lately that behaves like this.

"From" addresses are trivial to forge.... however if you examine the
headers, you may be able to figure out who is sending them.
