First of all- thanks to the bodyrock guys for giving me the opportunity
to play. I looked forward to it for a long time and it couldn't have
been any better. I had a fabulous time and that location kicks some
serious ass! Thanks to the kind words from a few of you- they are much
appreciated, trust me!! But I would have to say that THE highlight of
the evening was when I actually got flashed from three extremely hot
individuals. You know who you are and as for the rest of you don't be
jealous! Some of us just get lucky in life like that...
I must say that the meet and greet and $5 dollar funk are looking to
make this weekend another unforgettable one... I cant wait! See all you
dynagroovers there...
*thanks again bodyrock- you made my weekend fantastic!*

A huge and heartfelt thank you to you guys. We are really very
fortunate to have the pleasure of finding like-minded individuals to
populate our parties. Your energy and determination to have fun is what
sets our parties in motion. Every party, the DJs love you. The crowd
is the difference.
Right from the outset, Joplin had heads dancing. When a DJ has 80%-90%
of the attendees dancing it's a great thing and it's also a clue as to
their capabilities as a pro. Then Ira stepped up and rocked, even
though he had to fly NYC at 5AM. The reason I/we book Zach Rieken to
play right before us, or one of us, is because when he is done, the
crowd is amped and hooked into the vibe. Basically he has up'd the
ante'. And I had real fun playing. And then Alland came on and had the
room FULL until near 5:30AM. That is no easy feat. Again, hats off, to
those DJs that love first.
I wish I could attend one our parties so I could hear the DJs and dance
a little. But that's why we do it, I guess. To try and share in the
scene that we have grown up in. Grown wise in. To give back to the
people that really care about the scene, the planet, each other, and a
global outlook, that realizes that we are all human. We have faults.
We have our short-comings. We have our egos. We have negative energy.
We have our perceptions, judgments, discriminations, and attitudes. But
in THIS WORLD, in this house nation, that we live in; a couple times a
week, once a week, once in a lifetime, we can let that bs fall aside and
join spirits with a room of friends/strangers, and LIVE. In the moment.
With hands held high, or beer in hand, or dancing like a maniac. Yes,
this is your scene. We contribute only so much. You contribute to
everyone else. I've said it before. And here I go I'm gonna say it
again. Thank you. For making the parties you attend special.
And a pointed thanks to Micah and Tim for workin the door. And another
pointed thanks for our friends that support us, promote us, hug us, and
bug us ;)
Peace and goooood juju,
Ain't no party like a...
