Production duo responsible for the Electric Souls 12" series, and the recent "Saturday Night, Sunday Morning" and "Electric Chair" compilations which sold soooo well @ WAX. They host a regular night in the UK in which guests have included Maurice Fulton, Harvey and most recently the Theo Parrish vs. Unabombers night! Expect a wide range of music, from hip-hop to house... Doc Martin says "These guys are DOPE!", Harvey says "Bring these guys out and get 'em on the mic!" Very excited to have them at WAX for their first US appearance, get ready for some UK madness!

Sat. March 15th - MAURICE FULTON (Nuphonic, UK), It's the return of the man with the walkman headphones, playing everything under the sun. If you missed the last one, ask someone who was there. Definitely one of our favorite nights in 2002, we are excited to have him back @ WAX... don't miss it!

Sat. March 29th - Disco Adventure (Late Night, 'til 6am!) w/ Special Guest DJ HARVEY. The man behind the WAX Classics returns to the WAX Party for the first time in 6 months. Get ready for a late night session with Mr. Black Cock himself.

April... WAX 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION, all month long!!
Sat. April 12th - 4 Year Anniversary Party, Late Night w/ special guest FRANÇOIS K. (Wave Music, NYC) extended 6 hour set. Expect a rough mix of house, techno, disco, and everything in between as we kick off our month long anniversary celebration with a true legend. We will be going until at least 6am on this night, get ready, make plans, contact the baby sitters, 'cause it's on!

Sat. April 26th - 4 Year Anniversary Party, celebrating 4 years of WAX Records in Los Angeles. DJ's for the night are WAX's own JUAN NUNEZ, LITTLE CHRIS, AZTECH SOL, KASEY GOTO, with giveaways, surprises, etc. Thank you Los Angeles!

Needs - Lost Tracks Vol. 1 - Super limited release on the ultra deep house Needs label. This one has been getting hammered by Doc Martin for some time, as Doc said... "this one absolutely destroyed New Years". Piano driven, percussive house, super dope! Limited release, and WAX is on it! Get 'em while you can. Only a few remaining, get 'em while they are still here.

Ministry/Soft Cell - How to Kill - Tigersushi delivers another 80's/Metro Area styled release, super dope re-edit of these 80's classics. For the Metro Area, Gigolo, Electro, disco classics heads. WAX Pick!

IZ & DIZ - Love It Dub It *Farina/Fred Everything Rmxs - Mark Farina delivers a remix worthy to be played on dance floors worldwide. Getting hammered by Farina, Diz, D. Carter, another big choon.

Blacq & Wright - The Dance - Markus Enochson remix, solid vocal house, getting hammered by Louie Vega, Marques Wyatt, etc. Solid deep vocal house music, lovely.

Ndambi - Call Me - White label re-edit, midtempo styled production very much in a Moodyman, Amp Fiddler vein. We love this record, flip it over for a solid, tight production dub. Late night, early morning special.

Kemit Sources - Play - Larry Heard, Moodyman styled deep house with an I:Cube remix. Solid release from the Versatile crew out of France. WAX says..."We like!"

Audiomontage - Heaven - On the Freerange label, Audiomontage returns with a deep, techy styled release, sounds like a late night Harvey release. If you were into the previous releases, definitely pick this one up.

Instant House - 1988-1993 - LP from the Instant House crew on the Spiritual Life sub label Natural Resource. Smooth, deep percussive styled deep house. Includes unreleased mixes.

Koro Osogano - Mini Klik - Random Factor remix, deep, techy styled house music. Sounds like Herbert meets Freaks, a bit quirky, new label out of France...don't sleep...zzzzzzzzzz!

This stuff was delayed due to the snow storms back east, but will be arriving at the beginning of next week, get ready for some limited 7", 10", 12", LP action...

Telle/Norway - A slew of never before seen Norwegian releases (on the West Coast and most of America) are scheduled to be here at the end of this week, or early next week. Limited, first come, first served! Something for everyone, from house, techno, electro, 10", LP's, 12", etc... it's in there!
