Big ups to the uniting souls family for taking it to another level on 
saturday night.  I had never been to the Fonda until then and I must say I was 
greatly impressed.  The upstairs view of the blvd. was picture perfect and Josh went 
off like no other.  I liked the pitch black gloom of an atmosphere up there, 
and the vibe was set nicely with the hip-hop he started with, gradually 
progressing to the funky ass shakin beats that overtook me.  I left for a few to 
check out Latrice Barnett, whose performance was dope, but i had to get back up 
there in a hurry.  Jason Henry switched it up with the scratchin and tweekin, I 
even heard some old school shit.  I heard supersonic and i was like what?  it 
was dope though.  something different.  Migs topped the night off nicely like 
he consistently does.  A little abrupt with the ending, but hey it can't last 
forever..... can it?  peace
