[Dynagroove] Off topic: 2 bed/1 bath for rent near Beverly Center

Hey guys:

Sorry to go off-topic, but wanted to let you cats know that a really cute 2
bed/ 1 bath is available in my apartment building located spitting distance
from the Beverly Center and close to The Grove. It's partially remodeled
with hardwood floors in an uber safe area. $1400 a month (which is really
reasonable for the area!)  The owner is awesome and he's currently
remodeling the front parking/garage and repainting to keep up w/ the Jones'.
It'll be a hot ticket when it's done.

Since the crotchety lady that lived there has finally moved out, we need
some fresh young blood in our building so I wanted to post to let you all
know about it. Anyone with turntables is greatly appreciated!!!
