[Dynagroove] A Little Help Please

I am in desperate need of finding a one bedroom apartment in the West Los 
Angeles area.
Really anywhere south of Wilshire, East of the Vermont, and Culver City and 
above.

I'm expecting my first child in September, and I'm having a very difficult 
time getting a place.
My boyfriend and I have been turned down for 6 places in the three months 
that we've been looking.
I don't have the most shiny credit history and basically have exhausted all 
'traditional' avenues in trying to find a place to live.
I've tried every free listing site, and I have a Westside Rentals account 
that's going to be at it's 60 days in about a week or so.

If ANYONE, has a place they are moving out of, or knows of ANYTHING coming 
up at the end of this month, your help would be greatly appreciated and many 
blessing will come to you. =]
