Industry list, booking agency's & colleagues and friends in Australia,

This is a letter to inform everyone on the promotion team Red Light District
Concepts & Events and promoter MARK BUNDI from Adelaide Australia.

After a recent five week tour through Australia and New Zealand, I came upon
some startling information that I thought I would share with you. Red Light
Concepts attempted to put together a few dates for me while I was down
there. After weeks of harassing Mark for my contracts with fee¹s, venues,
contact information etc. it wasn¹t until a mere few days before my
departure date that I was giving the information that I requested. I was
blown away at the fee¹s that I was presented with. Once I questioned Mark
about this, I was giving a ³ this is all they¹ll pay² speech. I was already
playing for good friends of in Sydney and I had to commit to the tour or I
wouldn't of left my house. So I did a bit of research with the venues when
I played and came to an amazing discovery. Before I left, I explained to
Mark my fee¹s and I was told by Mark that they were not going to be met
because they couldn¹t pay it. But come to find out that they were met by
the venues plus 30% on top. After flight share, hotels and fee was paid
out, Mark felt that he obligated to keep 70% of the asking fee for his
time. But when you put that to five different events, he must of kept a
nice down payment on a new car/record store. He kept reassuring me too,
that he did his best to get me the best fee. Not bringing in names, but
there was another DJ touring at the same time and happens to be a good
friend of mine. We are both paid equally here in the states and out of the
country. He happened to be making three times what I was. Mark Bundi is a
conniving and greedy person and is only out for himself. Quit strange how
he had to close his record store for unforeseen reasons, but mysteriously
found the money to reopen it again.

He calls himself a professional but I am a first hand witness that he far
from it. Not only was I left in the airport TWICE with no one to pick me up
because he failed to communicate with the promoters but also when I went to
check into my ³four star² hotel as stated in my rider, I was subjected to
stay in nothing better then a hostel where you have to where your sandals in
the shower. He also happened to screw up a flight not once, but twice which
ended up costing almost 800 dollars in flight changes.

Agencies, he has been known to pick up tours as well then sell them to
another city or promoter for an exceptional amount over. In some cases
double the booking fee for his own monetary gain. There is a major SF DJ
that this was done to and you can ask first hand.

If you or you are booking a DJ to play in Adelaide, I highly suggest not
booking any of your talent, or DJs do not play for Mark Bundi. You will be
treated poorly and most likely screwed out of your money. It is a shame that
we as hard working professional DJs travel far distances to do something
that we love, just to be taken for a ride by a greedy, unprofessional tool.

If you have any questions or concerns, I will happily provide you with the
contracts that were drafted by him to show you that he felt obligated to
take 70% for making a phone call and a fax. It is all in plain black and
white. I have made several attempts to contact him since my return, but I
am sure you have guessed it, he will not respond to my emails. I highly
recommend that you forward on the information about Red Light Concepts to
other industry colleagues, webzines and lists. He has screwed a few of us
over, just don't want to see if happen to anyone else. If anything changes
in the next couple weeks, I will make sure to contact you all again to let
you know that the situation has been rectified.
