My first time seeing Ron Trent @ DEEP.

WOW.  that guy is fuggen amazing.

He started off deeeeep... played with the EQ a bit...then started rockin it.  VERY VERY consistent with his EQ work.  IT's not like he'd twist the EQ,  get no crowd reaction...then stop because he got no reaction.   He kept it going till the crowd started feeling his flow... then he straight busted out with some DIRTY DEEP SOULFUL stuff... straight rocked it steady for the peak hour, throw in a few soulful vocals... then BAM hit you with more deep funk.  Working the EQs, Effector, and the Volume...creating his own build ups.  Mad skillz man. 

I didn't make it to the Mark Farina gig.  but all i gotta say is if you want to rekindle your love for mark farina,
listen to Seasons, San Francisco Sessions, and United DJs of America vol 9.
