[Dynagroove] thanks to the hard core from Tropical

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to thank our hard-core supporters for braving the rain to check 
out our party on Saturday.  As you noticed, it poured all day and night, and 
this cut our attendance to about 100 but didn't stop us from having a great 
time.  We had a nice intimate space so that was a plus on a light night.  
The highlight for me was the music, which I thought was great all night.  
Dazy's set was impressive, great music and very polished mixing work...  
Boris (Dj On Lee) was a treat, it's a real shame that it was so wet out 
there that more people didn't make it out to hear him.  I will bring him 
again another time, he's a great dj and a great guy...  Rithma was just 
right for bringing the night down, some house and some downtempo, nice job 
as always...

A couple big thank-yous are due this time -- first for all to Benjamin from 
Body Rock for suggesting the space...  Second to the sound crew and 
volunteers who helped lug our fabulous 4-corner sound system up 18 stairs 
(ouch!)  And lastly to the hard-core Tropical supporters - you guys are the 
best!  It rained like never before in LA and you still came out - THANKS!

And now...off to Miami...  I will post pictures and reviews live from the 
madness so you can all be there with us (sort of)!

Next Tropical is April 19, going deep this time with 2 djs from New York and 
one from Spain...  More info as well as pics form the last party coming 
soon...
