Hey!  Don't forget that this Sunday is Mothers day.

For all you away from homies, we'll be gathering at Basswerks for a nice 
afternoon/evening with friends, music and good food.  It's open deck, bring 
your records and sign up for a slot.

We've had some really good sessions in the past.  Remember this lil diddy 
at the end of last summer? http://alienunderground.net/2ndsunday expect as 
the weather warms up for more of the same great fun with friends.

It's pot-luck style, so bring extra of whatever you eat, drink or share, 
and just come on out for a good day. More details are below.

Also, we're in for another great Syncopated.  Come on down this Wednesday 
to hear Nurotica and Dr Bombay lay down the sets.  Full info is further down.

Continuing the tradition ...

This Sunday, May 11, it's Second Sunday at Basswerks.

This is a great way to recover from your Saturday
night... or from Mother's Day brunch with your Mom! :->

Second Sunday is a laid back, no production, *FREE* chill
gathering of the local underground music community on a lazy
sunday afternoon. We listen to tunes (open decks, so bring
your records/CD's), eat yummy food (bring your grillables and
other stuff to share), dance around, enjoy cold beers, chat
about intelligent and not so intelligent stuff, and generally
enjoy each other's company.

Alien Underground is reinforcing the sound.
The Basswerks Boys are supplying the BBQ grill.
We're bringing along coolers and ice and paper
plates and napkins and that kind of stuff.
