dude...where were you?  If you're such a core househead, why were you so 
worried about what everyone around you was up to last Thursday?  Yeah, the 
bar wait sucked, and they should have opened the bar in the back, but other 
than that, the night was fun.  The dancefloor was packed all night and 
Feelgood played a good set.  Maybe you got thrown off cause there were some 
hot girls there instead of the usual crew of dudes in hoodies bobbing their 
heads and talking shit about their DJ careers.  Just cause the place 
attracts hot girls doesn't mean the music wasn't good or the night sucked.  
Yeah, the strobe was overused, but the sound was good and the bass was 
clear, which is unusual.  So many house nights happen in shitty little 
crack-shack clubs, people get all weirded out when someone throws a party at 
a nice venue...like if the place isn't ghetto then they're not keepin' it 
real anymore.  Ivar is definitely guilty of having a lame door policy and 
bad music most nights, but that wasn't the case on Thursday, so feelings 
about the club shouldn't really enter into a review of the night.  Ivar 
might suck on Friday, but last Thursday was cool.

Basically, Feelgood held it down and the crowd had fun.  Beyond that, you're 
talking shit about stuff that isn't really that important.

Maybe if you're this hot and bothered about the crowd and the night, it was 
actually you was too concerned with seeing and being seen.  But you did make 
a great point about not seeing many people from the mailing list...I mean, 
how could anyone be expected to have any fun at all without all the heads 
from the list?
