Offer venue a portion of the door money for all entries after 2:00PM and
promote the event intelligently enough to have a good after hours turnout.
Encourage the venue to stock up on water bottles/red bull/what have you, point out
there is still more money to be made that way at the bar (although not nearly
as much as alcohol). Encourage venue to reconfigure it's employee set up
(you don't need 3 bartenders after 2) to increase profit margin....Slip the
owner/manager of the venue something in their drink so that they will WANT to stay
open late to party with everyone else... =)
