I FUCKING LOVED IT!  I was just saying how I hadnt really danced in forever.
Probably since a few Tropicals ago...  last night was exactly what i needed...
INSPIRATION!!!

not only was it a rad party, but you guys get extra props considering all the
issues that came up and STILL it was just off the hook...

ummm... gas leak, police, sound issues, broken glass, a brawl in the hallway,
running out of booze, water...

not saying this to critecize, but rather to compliment...

while the music was off the fucking hook (Cle was RED, Solar was RADDER, and
Galen blew my world up!) I would have expected those issues to bring down the
party.  instead things were all handled smoothly and the night kept bouncing
along...

and.... not only to bring in some sick DJs but to point them in a cool
direction and let them flow...

and DAMN where the fuck did Galen pull that shit from??  he has always been
one of my fav djs, but nothing like that!!!

also, def props to Carlitos for keepin it going... I was there till 5:30 or so
and it was dope!

sad i missed Toddley's set, but it was one of those nights when every mission
on the way to the party takes a year... just a sampling: stopped by
jack-in-the-box for food, but the drive through line was wrapped around the
parking lot so decided to go in.  inside there are tables turned over and some
dude bleeding holding a bike about to get maced by the security guard who
keeps saying "TAKE YOUR BIKE OUTSIDE"....  damn, drama at jack???  and 30 mins
later we are eating and onto the next stop... heh...
