[Dynagroove] Focus Tuesdays

Please don't support "Focus Tuesdays". They have been spamming me to several
addresses, including one which is not used for ANYTHING - it's just my
username on my home computer - and has been used to send at most 5 or 6
emails in the past 4 years. I have never asked for them to subscribe ANY of
the many addresses of mine they've spammed to their list.

They are now employing the services of Topica Email Publisher, an
organization known to be spam friendly, and blocked by a number of ISPs.

If you have received an unsolicited message from them, via Topica, please
forward the entire message to abuse at cogentco.com; this is currently
Topica's only upstream provider.

You may also want to complain to privacy at get.topica.com and
isp-abuse at get.topica.com in case Topica will do the right thing and shut
these guys off.
