[Dynagroove] looking for a place? roomate wanted: venice/mar vista

Hey everyone,  Thought I'd share this with the dynagroove list before I 
send this off to craigslist, etc.

I found a new place and I gotta move out of my current place on the 
quick! which means I am  looking for someone to take my place in a 
bitchin 3bd1bath HOUSE in marvista/venice. The place is in a good area, 
north of venice bl and just east from lincoln. within bike ride distance 
to venice boardwalk/beach. house has turntables, big screen tv, ps2, 
high-speed internet, full stove, fridge, washer & dryer, huge back yard, 
ample parking, and two very cool, very laid back guys + one friendly 
dog. Pets would most likely be cool, provided they all get along.

The deal is, I found a new place that I need to move into asap to make 
sure I get it. the lease here is up in october - so, you would sublet 
from me untill that point, and then possibly sign a new lease, or go 
month to month, not really sure. the rent is a low $645 + utils 
(internet is free) which is really good for this area (or any area, I 
dont know if youve checked the prices lately!)

anyways, hit me up if your interested, want to come by and check it out, 
etc.but move quick!
