[Dynagroove] House AND Hip Hop parties?

Hi Everyone,

I just moved down from the S.F. Bay Area and Dan L. referred me to
this list. One of my favorite parties up north is Remedy at the DNA
Lounge and I'm hoping to find something similar around here. I'm
really into deep house but many of my friends are mostly into hip hop,
so I'm hoping I can find some clubs/parties that have both good house
and hip hop. Anyone have any recommendations?

Also, can anyone recommend a place like that for New Years? I read
about the Free-thinkin and Balance new years parties, and while both
sound great, with no hip hop I can't convince my friends to join me.
