i completely agree with brett. i did the same thing in 2000. i sat around wondering why i was bitching about the scene when there was so much music that i loved. so i make an attempt at fixing it by throwing partys of my own. If you think you have it tuff in L.A. come down to orange county and try to find a quality house scene. I give props to the soldiers I.E. brett, JB, Josh billings and joe rodriguez for doing it for the music. the music is there the audience just needs to find it and feel it.
