Tangier is a restaurant.  Kitchen open until 12:00Midnight.  
soooooo....carding policy probably extremely loose by establishment even if you're not eating 
that night.  Certainly,  WE won't card.   =)  Now if you try to buy alcohol at 
the bar, that may be another matter...
