Well the warehouse is upon again.  This Saturday the 17th at ULTRAVIOLET.  And
the warehouse is always a good time for us.  There is just something about a
dark sweaty warehouse full people ready to dance that sets djs up for their
best sets.  ULTRAVIOLET will merge some fine house music djs from all over
L.A.  Including round two of the Vinyltribe vs. BodyRock.  We battled once
before in Fullerton (and i must say, vinyltribe handed us our own asses).  But
this is less about actual competition, as it is about upping the ante' all
night. With the rotation of crews comes a renewed vigor to top the others'
showing.  Now comes the underground warehouse party to bring out the best in
us.  And the next room is chock full more djs.  A night full of great talent
and a good vibe, hosted by the one and only Violet.  And the most recent
ULTRAVIOLET gave us some fine pics on our site. go check em out.

A N D !!!

Our very first day event in a long time is almost upon us.  SaturDAY July 24th
we are proud to present BodyRock in the Park, we have booked, organized, and
paid for this event ourselves.  Not since the Email only BodyRock Jam last
year have we done a solo event here in L.A.  So let me introduce our DJs.  To
start off the afternoon we have two very fine fellows from Gravy.  Joe
Rodriguez and Joey Bickle agreed to warm up the tables for the day.  These two
hold down some seriously funky bumpin'.  Currently  they produce their own
club night Gravy and recently hosted the underground party called Friends.
Next up is Joplin.  At that Friends party she took it up a notch very late in
the evening and sparked up the energy quite well.  She also produces her own
club night called Prana.  For such a small frame she sure is a heavy hitter.
She'll be playing right around the time you guys start to feel like dancing
into the late afternoon.  Then comes a certain dj from San Francisco named
Justin Martin.  He had the crazy mohawk at FutureHouse 08.  He also made  a
lil jz remix about changing clothes, one about a 'Sad Piano' and few other
tracks.  Look him up he is associated with some very fine international labels
and he's cool too. Then it's us finishing out the evening until dusk.   So try
and go early.  If I get my way we will set up under trees and it'll be cool
enough to do some dancing earlier throughout the whole day.  That'd be cool
because these DJs deserve it.  And technically there is no drinking at the
park so just be careful with your drinks.  And... like, don't burn anything
down or do any donuts in your cars in the grass, ok?

ALSO!!!  WE NEED YOUR HELP TO GET THE WORD OUT.  SO PLEASE CUT AND PASTE THE
PARK PARTY INFO EVERYWHERE.  IF YOU DON'T, I UNDERSTAND BUT IF YOU DO, THAN
KARMA WILL SHINE UPON YOU THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.  (I THINK I JUST cyber yelled
that at you.  but i think you get the idea).  Let me know if you need a jpg of
the flyer for different websites and stuff.
