[Dynagroove] Thanks from the Good Lifers

 A big great thank you to Catfish Boogie Nelson (david hopper), Jim Carson 
and Aquatic Ape for a great night of music @ Good Life last Thursday.   Aquatic 
filled in beautifully and at the last minute for an up & comer who had to 
cancel;  Jim Carson's set was sick funky.

But the set of the night went to Catfish.  Everyother track David played was 
an original Catfish Boogie track (and one Hollywood Highrollers track, a 
collaboration between Carson and Hopper) and each and every one of them was a 
scorcher.  Those who know me know that I don't exxagerate on these things.  David 
is a great DJ and is fast becoming a great producer under the deep funky tecky 
alter ego of Catfish.  So i recommend all my colleagues in the promotion biz 
to at least think of hiring this man, who is, by the way, an ultimate 
professional and really easy to work with.  He also owns a label (overeasy records) and 
promises to have many of the tracks he premiered @ good life on  vinyl very 
soon.  He usually gives those away, so DJs don't miss out when David is 
playing.  

The vibe of the party was awesome and I'd like to thank everyone who came out 
(especially all the beautiful dancing ladies and dancing machine Tyson).  
Hope to see even more headz next week for Elvis G. and the Gravy Joes..(you know 
who they are).  Until then, tah tah!!
