Splendid!  I think this calls for a sexy partay!

So I haven't posted here in ages and ages, nor have I been out in awhile...
but I finally got my a$$ to DEEP to hear Timmy Regisford, and boy oh boy,
I miss DEEP.  Too bad work & school got me out of the loop-- but since it
was a party weekend, I made sure to make the most of it.  Timmy was great--
mixing was bleh, too much playing with the EQ, but his track selection was 
splendid.
(And I guess I'm biased after experiencing him @ Shelter in NYC last year)
And it's DEEP. 'nuff said.

But the REAL party began at Futurehouse.... Diz was insanely sick.  I was
tired, drunk, and looking at my watch thinking "sh!t! 3 more hours til the
bar re-opens?! Oh it's gonna be a long night." But a long night that was
well worth it.... but Heather simply took my breath (and my legs) away.
The girl just wouldn't stop!  Especially when she threw down some rmx
of this Moodymann track (duno what the track name is... but someone told
me it was Moodymann) which was insanely ill and then, a siiiiiiiiick rmx of 
N Two
Deep's "Back to the Hotel."  Bar re-opened, danced my a$$ off for another
hour, and then left feeling 110% completely satisfied.

(With the exception of the a-hole security guards, I agree they were 
douchebags)

Other than that, It's been too long.  Glad I went out.  Hopefully I'll be 
able
to make it out for JT tonight, but I'm still recuperating from the weekend.

I would have to agree....my whole crew was rather dissapointed with the
night.  If I were on a $30 a ticket lineup, I would be pissed if i had to
play on a system that sounded as it did, blown speakers and shit....and the
place is nasty.....and the vibe was just not right...no flow...   with a
lineup like that, my ears, feet, ass & whatever should be sore
today....instead just my wallet.
