Greetings!



This report comes in late as I have been very busy shooting missiles and
learning how to fire a rifle.  I've almost got it down.  I just need to
remember to cock it.



Anyway, Saturday I went to Slinky.  What fun!  We thought we were going
to die a couple times on the way up until we turned on the 4 wheel drive
and regained control of the situation.  The 13 mile trek up the mountain
traveling at reduced speeds made reaching the spot even more enjoyable.
We got there just as Q Burns started.  Man what a set!  It was tek tek
teky, but it was equally funk-funk funky!  If you didn't get a chance to
get -out of the jungle- to see Q BURNS play, you MUST GO to Heading Home
on the 30th.  This guy has worked with everyone and he is just plain
talented.  He jigs while he plays too.  That is a good sign.



After Qburns was Justin Hale.  He played a superslinky set also!  I
heard all the hot ones like "Die Young," "tragic queen," and even some
freaks.  MMMM....Delicious!  Lando was ON it.  And Jops....well,  "I
like everything you do!"  Don't stop!  We left at daybreak after a great
night of music underneath the stars.  You forget how many there are in
the sky living here.  Thanks to Alicia, Chud, Lando, and everyone else
for a notable "above-ground" adventure.



In another, dissimilar and unrelated report...........



DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE HYPE!  The Schick Mach 3 Power is nothing but a
neon green and silver mini-male vibrator.  A man can get much better
than that, trust!  If you just can't help yourself, Gelson's on Franklin
has them for only $9.99.  The Target on LaBrea was selling them for over
20 bux!  Anyhow, the razor doesn't work very well.....
