wow. Ever tried not cursing.
Everyone keeps talking about how deejays have 'off' nights. I believe that
the posters are speaking from experience, seeing said overrated deejays many
times. Thus creating a knowledge base of judgement. It's not that people are
saying, yea I saw this deejay 1 time and they sucked.
A LOT of the deejay's that people posted up about, are consistantly horrid.
They only get booked becuase of who they know, what record the produced, who
they drive around, what sound equipment they have or what record store they
work at.
I know of plenty of talent right here in LA that is underrated, but I hope
they stay that way. It's a good little secret to know of the lesser
knowns...More room on the dancefloor.
As for the overrated bunch, I think they've all been spoken for. And don't
worry Jonra, no one thinks you're overrated. ;)
