these rave reviews are bumming me out a little! I did not hear Mark or
Ben
play and it sounds like I missed some good sh*t!! I was too busy sitting
on the
second level in a booth, being blown away by JT and Lance...I was a lil
bummed
that Galen went on at 2:30 cuz at Searching he blew the roof off - he
need a lil
more time but oh well...next time! JT was outstanding. I think that is
honestly the first time I have ever just sat and watched & listened to
him
play...he was off the hook! By the time Lance came on, my face hit the
seat! I
had one too many Corona's and I was down for the count...which I can't
even
believe!!!! I'm still having a hard time realizing that I actually
passed out
on the boat!!! I never made it to the Tropical level an d I'm feeling a
lil left
out....I am going to have to bribe the ole Roomie into doing another one
before
the summer is over...maybe one without so much friggin talent on at the
same
time DAMMIT!!! Eric, you reading this? :o)
Anyway, I had such a great time. I saw a side of so many of you that I
didn't
even know. Like Lucas, Vtown & Peter...you all are some funny mutha
fukas! It
was nice to have the experience with so many of you. What a way to spend
a
Saturday...speaking of which...that beach party sounds like the place to
be this
Saturday!
AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT WITH QBURNS ABSTRAKT MESSAGE in one corner of
Hollywood AND
CLE AKLIN in the other? Hey have you guys heard Cle yet? OMG! Plays
that dark
& dirty sh*t I love so much. You have to check him out! Wednesday will
be a
busy night! See you guys out and about!
