It's a rarity for me to comment to some of the e-mails
sent to this list because I'm a major listener;
however, I feel quite compelled to comment about F &
F. I've been reading the mixed reviews and have been
wondering why these reviews have been so bi-polar.
I think that the old and the new meshed very well at
this party. Perhaps Zack said it best...some folks
just weren't ready. Or maybe it was that they were
just not as open as they'd like to think, or used to
be. I met a few new people there that shed light about
how 'old' Family parties used to be, as I am a younger
patron who only experienced a few of their parties,
and they were having a great time. These were also
people that were still there at FOUR A.M, so I guess
that might be the reason for the difference of
opinion. Some of the negative reviews mentioned
leaving because of a few things they didn't like early
in the night. Everyone is entitled to their opinion.
I had a great time heading in at around 2:00 a.m
(which is something I haven't done in a loooong time)
and staying until the Vinyltribe finished closing it
out...half an hour past the scheduled time I might
add!
Thanks to everyone who made it possible and a special
thanks to Marty for helping my sweaty self with some
complimentary drink tickets! :)
