[Dynagroove] a new venue

Okay my desk is cleaned off, I am ready for business.  I'm smoking a
cigarette but that doesn't mean I'm procrastinating.

I needed to write a letter to inform everyone on this board our new
venue that is available for events or parties. The space is immediately
available, and that suggest that you come and check it out as soon as
possible.  I have a web site that I'm about to update with better
pictures since the guy came and cleaned today...... the space is really
big-- there is lots of parking if given enough notice to the landlord. 
The location is zoned as a theater so its great to do afterhours. It's
in Hollywood on Santa Monica Boulevard and it's not a bar! 
I've been lurking around this board long enough now it’s about time that
I have something useful to tell people about……..
