as it turned out, cade (and louis and jeff) had every right to brag - last
night was phenomenal.

i havent had that much fun at a free thinkin in a long time...and i know i
havent had that much fun at the new location.  i warned some friends to
come early and when they got there, confessed that they had thought no one
would be there last night.  boy, were they wrong.  the turn out was
incredidible. the set up was awesome, i also liked the 3 rooms. i loved
the new plants on the patio, a small touch i know, but still added warmth
to the outdoor area.

the energy and vibe was amazing last night. it was great to have bassment
funk back and by the time i left that room was pretty packed too. i cant
speak much to the drum & bass outside, because i don't have much of a
discriminating ear when it comes to drum & bass, but i do know that the
house music inside was AMAZING!! miles maeda has been on point lately, and
is quickly becoming a "sure thing" in my list of producers and djs.  i
kept waiting for a "bad track" so that i could take a break from the heat
and rest my legs a bit, but that never happened. it was one track after
another that kept my feet moving...the set was classy and smooth. if
miles' set was smooth and classy, then lance's set can only be described
as hot. hot. hot. i only wish i could have heard the whole set, but by
2:15 AM, my feet were killing me, my legs were sore and my poor friend
fabian was ready to go too. i am truly sad that i didnt get to hear the
rest of his set.

congratulations and thank you to cade, louis and jeff for an incredible
start to the holiday weekend!!
