[Dynagroove] Fresh L.A. Venue Available Now!

I have a fresh L.A. venue just 5 minutes north east of Hollywood,
available for a reasonable price. This place has 2 large rooms that can
fit approximately 150 people in each one. It also has men's and women's
bathrooms. It has a large kitchen with fridge, stove and bar! Can go as
late as 4-5 am and serve alcohol the whole time! Hit me up and we can
work something out. House events prefered :-)
