Hey Folks,

So I was just going to let these tickets slide. On my drive into work
this morning, though, I realized that one man's trash : another man's
treasure. . . and that many would think some of my most celebrated
titles to be complete and utter garbage while if I had found out that
they were letting free tickets to a show go unused, I'd be devastated.

On Friday morning, much to my girated dismay, I was the winner on Hot
92 Jamz (Mega Old School and Today's R&B... Ho-Hottt 92 Jamz) morning
show... I jumped up and down in my undies at home thinking I had just
scored tickets to Hot Summer Nights 90s Reunited (I've been jamming to
BBD since I was like, 8) ... and then was informed that no, these
tickets are for Cameo at the Vault 350 or whatever it is in Long
Beach.

So if you want to go see Cameo, amazing musicians who brought you such
hits as "Candy," and "Word Up!," be my guest. I'm happy to help you
pick up the tickets in Burbank and put your name on them so that they
don't go to waste... I already asked the people if they could give
them to some kind of old school bebop charity, but they just laughed
me off the phone.

So hit me up if you wanna go hear Word Up! down in Long Beach... the
concert is soon, I believe.
