Having been to every Droid and MilitantSexCouncil party held at the Good Life this year I do have to mention that though I love what those guys are doing which is very unique and special they do tend to be more on the techno side.  They sometimes have one electro DJ in the night and for like an hour, and now that DJ NUROTIKA is in Europe I have notice less electro being desplayed at the MSC parties.  Experimental yes, full on electro? I would have to say no.  And as far as electro being commercial?  How is a genre commercial when it gets no radio play besides a once-a-blue-moon track on indie 103.1 or KCRW. House is way more commercial by those standards.  There is a lot of music out there to be explore.  Don't sleep on it!!!

Yeah, I agree.  electro is actually quite available in LA.  hell  the Droid 
fellas and the Militantsexcounsil peeps always have a good dose of  electro in 
their line-up.
