thank you for such a great birthday experience. Miles
was a great present and so was all of the love i felt
from all of you who showed up. The spot reminded me of
the Spanish Kitchen, downtown (think the very first
Dynagroove). I had a great time just watching everyone
enjoy the fu*k outta Cade who blew me away with his
set. Put it this way. . .he was rockin' it so much
MilesMaeda stood back and just let him go for about
another 30 minutes. Thanks, Bra!!!
Then the Yogi master himself jumped on and set the
place on fire. After visiting him at his residency at
the Smart Bar, Chicago, i knew he had to be booked.
This guy has cuts. A beautiful blend of current and
classic licks played for party people. He played a
song for each person in there. Even the goth folks,
who showed up around 3:00, were dancing till he had to
leave. Anyone who missed MilesMaeda, shame on you.
But, he'll be back again soon. (he lives HERE now.)
Chicago mutha f$*#ers. This DJ is one of my favorites
for a reason... he sets shit off!! Special props goes
out to my boy Bobby Burns for starting the night by
making people dance. Brah!!! Vanyo, daniel, and rick.

Did i miss anyone? I'm sure i did but that doesn't
mean i don't appreciate each and everyone of you for
being there. MAUF and it's constituants are very
greatful for the support and we vow to bring you
